Emily is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for helping people to find their voice. Fearless Yoga came about through Emily always being the quietest person in the room, sometimes physically unable to speak. Through yoga she found her voice and has gone on to teach classes, sometimes with over 50 students. She believes that everyone can be fearless in finding the courage to step out of their comfort zone and become their true self. She has a background in health psychology so all her classes have psychology woven into them.
She is trained in meditation, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Yin and restorative yoga and is fully insured.
She has a BSc in Psychology and is currently in Stage One training to become a Health Psychologist.
