About me
Emily is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for helping people reduce their stress levels and in turn reduce burnout. She has a background in health psychology so all her classes have a psychological concept woven into them. Emily also works in the NHS as a Health Improvement Practitioner, delivering courses to help people improve their mental and physical health.
She is trained in meditation, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Yin and restorative yoga and is fully insured.
