A space to exhale - join us for a weekend of letting yourself take a long exhale. We let ourselves fall to the bottom of our to-do list, letting other people and work come before us. This is a weekend to let yourself come first, to come back home to yourself and let yourself be taken care of for once.

A space to build connections and come home to yourself


We play many roles throughout the day, whether that's work, parenting, caring or something else, it can be exhausting. In the midst of it all, we can lose ourselves a little bit. Our self-care goes out the window and it can be hard to give yourself the permission to let yourself come first. 

Throughout the weekend, I will guide you through different practices to cultivate rest, reduce stress and remind you how important you are.

The weekend includes;

Daily slow flow yoga, followed by breath work

and guided relaxation

Daily evening yin and yoga nidra

A workshop intertwining the Eight Limbs of Yoga

with Health Psychology models and CBT practices

to reduce burnout and stress

Mindful walks

Free time to just be - read a book, take a nap, or go

for a wander

Optional daily lake dips

A space to take a deep breath

Gorgeous views wrap around the building, with views of the lakes or the mountains from every window.

Various places to sit in the garden to enjoy a cup of tea.

Only a 10 minute walk down to the lake with easy access into it.


A space to be taken care of


All your food is included.

Each meal is plant based (with the odd additional dairy item) and lovingly made in the retreat kitchen by Team Fearless.

With two options at every lunch and dinner, and constant healthy snacks available, you'll never be hungry.

Various teas, coffees and juices available to help yourself to throughout the day.

We keep the numbers low, so it's a smaller intimate group.


£495 - shared room (single traveller)

£690 - single occupancy room

£530pp - private double or triple (min 2 people)

All the rooms are en-suite.

Save your room with a deposit of £150. There are payment plans available and you can chose the one for you when fill out the booking form.
