Workplace Wellbeing

We spend around 40 hours (if not more!) of our week at work, therefore we need it to be an environment that supports our wellbeing. How we take care of our employees is vital for their health and workplace moral and retention. Not all workplaces do this though, be one step ahead of them all and show them how important it is to care for your staff.

Building Resilience Course

This is our signature programme. Delivered either over one full day or 5 weekly 1 hour sessions. We cover stress and how it impacts on us, unhelpful thought patterns, mindset, communication, stress management and positive psychology. This course will help build resilience and reduce stress.

Yoga and Guided Relaxation

An hours yoga session delivered to your team themed around you and your needs and we'll finish with a guided relaxation. The perfect relaxation break.

Mindfulness Course

A half day workshop exploring all the different ways you can implement mindfulness into your life. We'll explore the science behind why it works and why it is important.

Stress and Rest Workshop

A half day workshop around the science of stress, what is and how it affects us, different techniques we can use to reduce or manage it and through this implement more rest into our lives.
