The weekend theme flows throughout each class. Last year we focused on slowing down, acknowledging how far we've come and letting go of what we no longer need to hold on to.

3x daily slow flow yoga, followed by breath work and guided relaxation

3x daily yin and yoga nidra

Sound healing session

Yoga philosophy workshop

A space to take a deep breath

Gorgeous views wrap around the building, with views of the lakes or the mountains from every window.

Various places to sit in the garden to enjoy a cup of tea.

Only a 10 minute walk down to the lake with easy access into it.

All your food is included.

Each meal is plant based (with the odd additional dairy item) and lovingly made in the retreat kitchen by Team Fearless.

With two options at every lunch and dinner, and constant healthy snacks available, you'll never be hungry.

Various teas, coffees and juices available to help yourself to throughout the day.
