The Aligned Leadership Retreat
7-8th July in Gladstone's Library, Hawarden

A joint Fearless Wellbeing and Do-Well event for leaders craving calm, rest and learning.

Join us for a unique and nurturing experience, co-hosted by Fearless Wellbeing and Do-Well, designed especially for leaders seeking calm, clarity, and growth. This retreat is a sanctuary for those craving deep rest, meaningful connection, and the space to reflect both inwardly and outwardly.

Over the course of our time together, we will gently guide you through practices and conversations that restore your body, settle your mind, and open your awareness to new ways of seeing yourself and others. Through movement, stillness, storytelling, and shared insight, we will explore how to respond purposefully and lead with greater intention and understanding.
Whether you are looking to reconnect with your own needs, gain insight into how stress impacts you and those around you, or simply step away from the noise of daily life, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to slow down and rediscover what truly matters.

Together, we will cultivate:
-
Deep rest and nervous system restoration
-
A considered understanding of self and others
-
New ways to respond to challenges with wisdom and care
-
Tools to support ongoing wellbeing and mindful leadership

The days will unfold gently, beginning with yoga and welcome conversations, followed by guided reflection, storytelling, and nourishing rest practices.
You will leave not only feeling refreshed, but also with a renewed capacity to influence your world with presence, purpose, and compassion.
